Festival Shuttle Service
Reserve Your Spot!
During the month of March, we will be reaching out to all club/team organisers to share an exclusive opportunity to reserve space on the festival shuttle buses. These convenient shuttles pick you up right outside your accommodation, drop you off near the rugby site festival, and at the end of the day, take you back to your accommodation from the same spot.
With parking near the festival site being limited on and the vibrant atmosphere of live bands, socialising and rugby action throughout the festival, which has a fully stocked licensed bar the shuttle bus service provides a hassle-free way to enjoy the festival. Plus, knowing you have a reliable ride means you can fully relax and enjoy the festival bar without worrying about transport.
Last year, over 93% of attendees without their own motor coach used the shuttle service. We have worked hard to keep costs as low as possible, and for 2025, we’re maintaining the same affordable rate of just £5 per person, each way, per day—meaning you can book the entire weekend for just £20 per person.
How to Book:
In March, when we contact your team organiser, they will have access to our booking system, here team members can book directly. This ensures a smooth and efficient process. The booking system will be available for a limited time only, so be sure to reserve your space before it closes, when all shuttle spaces are full !
The opportunity to receive a 10% discount is available to each club when every member attending the festival from the club chooses to book the shuttle service. If your club would like to benefit with the 10% discount you are required to make a single club booking for the shuttle service, should you wish to benefit from this please fill in the form in the booking section.
